Anxiety but im doing okay lol

I dont know, all of sudden i got this choking feeling in my throat and tummy ache! ANXIETY :/ well ive learned that i wont choke to death it will go over, just very uncomfortable.

Im gonna watch rush hour 1 in a moment.
