Got my mail aka letter

Ahhhhhhhh, Good to hear from my man.  He said I should ignore my depression...how is that possible? and he mentioned I should focus on the positive? Do I have positive things in my life?? Maybe I should make up a list about it. Right now I cant think of any.  I wished I wasnt so emotional. Maybe cus im a Cancer?? so many questions..... Im going to try to cut down my cola intake. Drink it every day. Just hope I really follow it through . Wish me luck.
