gonna take my weight loss more seriously


I dont really got ALOT to lose, I just want to feel less pouchy. Like more toned. I still feel my thighs and the area around the thighs can be improved ALOT. I still got like fat around there? Man its hard to work that away? Eating chips doesnt help it to go away? I just have to lower my intake im pretty sure it will go away!! Orelse dammit.

 Oh yeah back fat is the mame of it..eeshhh.
