Well today has been a day where I havent binged or eaten too wrong. Feels good to be incontrol and not having that guilt over me afer I eaten a bag of chips or chocolate bar or something like that . Plus I even too kmy time to work out too. I really want to get in shape and in control what I eat so I wont become what I used to be...Its so easy.... Im starting a food journal too so I can remember what I ate that day. I want to go down to 123 then to 119 then to 116. With healthy eating, not starving. Cutting out carbs and fat.
