I got to hear from my Sweety. I feel somewhat better. He just lifts me up from the dark, scary place. Reminds me that im not alone and that I am very loved, By him. Im so grateful for that. He also said in his letter that "dont dwell on the past, look forward into the future and present" I have to forgive myself for breaking his heart and it starts NOW.
