WebMD fitness Food log

I just became a member at WebMD. A perfect place to track your weightloss, being able to write down your food you eaten , And how much of exercise you have done.  I already wrote down my breakfast and Lunch for today. I need to have some controll so I dont eat way too much. Plus its kinda fun to see tha you are doing good. Not overconsuming calories everyday.

I want to weigh around 121 pounds. Im at 134 at the moment. So I got couple of pounds to shed. But I know I can do it. I just have to stop letting the chips monster come out. Chips is deff my weakness. Its not exactly healthy. But ITS SO GOOD.
