Lose that weight week


Well yesterday was the last day of binging at evenings. Im gonnna try to lose 2 pounds per week. I can do this!!! Its alot of help with the calorie counter app I got , I really recomend it. šŸ‘
I even exercised hard yesterday. I do feel it in my knee though. Its not good , I had a injury 2009 and its getting stuck sometimes when I try to stretch my leg. But Im gonna try to not exercise super hard every day. So my knee can rest til the next workout. YASS.
