Eating Healthier

So ive been eating healthier since Tuesday , That is 6 days now I already see changes in my body. I feel alot more lighter. Except the bloatiness from period. That is why I will wait on weighing myself after its done ^_^ But its hard to keep it up. I get so bored with it so fast. I guess If I dont do anything I will feel and stay the same right?

Other than that I havent done anything special. I have watched scary movies on a website a f riend told me about. Its really awesome:
