I started to get back pain. I do bend alot at work, cleaning. Changing trashcans...I have read that exercise and yoga is very good for it rather than resting. To strenghten up the back. I have to go to work every afternoon/evening this week plus on friday in the morning :P I hope my back will get better. I might get some painkillers if it gets worse.
