Found my workout motivation



Sometimes I just lose my workout motivation but when I start to feel flabby and just the jeans arent sitting right. I usually get it back. I just started to eat a little healthier and , doing some workouts each day. It does feel refreshing. I still eat carbs. I love carbs. Plus if you work out you burn them off. I wont starve myself like before , when I was 115 and i ended up being 106 pounds. Was juct sick. I then ate til I gained and I was on my antidepressants too. I wont make the same mistake of not letting my body have any food... PLUS I LOVE FOOD. LOVE, Love love it.
