I have come up with an idea to lower my anti depressiv dose , to see of my cravings will get better. Im so craving bad stuff especially before bed time. 🫤. Im still at same weight !! Ugh.......Im just on day 2. If it messed up my head i will go back to the normal dose.
Today im gonna recycle my sida cans at work . Usually it will get around 20 $ or 200 sek. The high school kids drivn alot of energy drinks and soda. 🤪
